Returns & Refunds
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the packaging has not been opened (other exceptions apply). The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt of the order. This period begins on the day following receipt of the product by the customer (or by an authorised third party other than the courier). If your order consists of several products and not all were delivered at the same time, the return period ends 14 days after receipt of the last product. The customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product if the product has been tampered with beyond what is necessary to assess its functionality/condition. Also, any freebies received with the order must be returned. Otherwise, the value (retail value) of the freebies will be deducted from the refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To return one or more products, you must inform our customer service via the contact form or by sending an e-mail stating the REASON or REASONS for the return.Alternatively, you can return the product(s) using this withdrawal form.
Please note that the return shipping costs will *not* be refunded if the product is returned without notice.
EXCEPTIONS
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products whose original seal has been broken
- Products returned outside the return period
- Vaporizers or tubes opened after delivery (for hygiene and health reasons) .Vaporizers, partially returned under warranty – return all parts in original packaging
RETURN PROCEDURE
If you exercise your right of return, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned the product without notice, we cannot refund the shipping costs incurred. Sometimes we need a tracking number as proof of return before we can refund your payment. Depending on the original payment method, the refund will be made as follows:
