Shipping Policy
Information about sending
Offering our customers the most efficient and private shipping methods is at the top of our customer service. Fulfilling orders means timely deliveries, attention to privacy and friendly service. We ship all weed or Cartridges from our warehouse in California USA. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered successfully.
We ship our quality products to many countries around the world. Before ordering, we recommend checking your product selection(s). Also see if your country is included in the shipping information. We currently offer two shipping options:
Free delivery
- Premium Delivery takes 1-2days while Standard delivery 1-5 Day.
- We only deliver to private addresses. We are not responsible if you use PO boxes, packing stations, drop-off points, freight forwarders or general public places as your delivery address.
- We will send your track and trace information to your registered email address as soon as the package has been shipped. Check your spam folder.
- Until the package reaches the destination country, no tracking updates are available. This can take up to ten business days.
- You may have to sign for your package. The courier delivers the package to your delivery address and leaves a note if you are not at home. In some specific cases, the delivery person may leave the package in your mailbox to speed up the delivery process. Keep this in mind.
- You cannot determine a specific time or date for the first delivery moment. The courier will also not call you to check whether you are at home.
- Our shipping partner will ship the order to your country. The final delivery is provided by the country-specific local courier.
- We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
UPS (standard shipping)
- Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. This information will be displayed before you complete your purchase on the payment screen.
- Tracking Information: You will receive an email with all tracking information once we have shipped your package. That way you always know where it is.
- For orders over €500, you can choose UPS (standard shipping) for free.
- Door-to-door service: UPS collects your order from our warehouse and delivers it to your door.
Packaging
Depending on the degree of discretion you want, we have 2 different packages:
- Standard Packing: FREE
- Hidden Packaging DVD Case: 5 €
Please note : both packages require the same delivery time. The only difference is the appearance of your package. Please note that, other than free Weed or Cartridge, no gift is included if you choose this pack.
